VCOs Rated at 2.269GHz to 2.58GHz

Crystek's CVCO55CC-2269-2580 VCOs (Voltage Controlled Oscillators) operate from 2.269GHz to 2.58GHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 16V. The devices feature a typical phase noise of -107dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and have excellent linearity.

Available in a 0.5x0.5in SMD package, the CVCO55CC-2269-2580 VCOs have an output power of 5dBm. Input voltage is 8V, with a max current consumption of 35mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 3MHz and 0.5MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -20dBc.
