EXFO Appoints ROOTS Communications as Asia Pacific Certified Service Center

ROOTS Communications Pte Ltd is now a certified EXFO Asia Pacific Certified Service Center, after undergoing an extensive certification program by EXFO. ROOTS coverage in Asia Pacific for all repair and calibration services on EXFO products includes the following countries: Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

ROOTS will serve all EXFO customers in the above countries, emphasizing on quality repair/calibration services with the fastest turnaround time and best customer service. All measures are taken to ensure that the services performed by ROOTS meet EXFO's stringent requirements and follow their standard practices and guidelines.
