CDG Extends Deadline for Industry Achievement Award Nominations

The deadline for submitting nominations for the CDMA Development Group's (CDG) annual 3G CDMA Industry Achievement Awards, which honor the valuable contributions of individuals and companies in the 3G CDMA industry, has been extended to Friday, October 10, 2008. The nominations process is open to the public at this link.

The 3G CDMA Industry Achievement Awards include four industry categories, a "design your own award" opportunity, two consumer categories, presented in partnership with the Mobile Entertainment Forum, and two enterprise categories, presented in partnership with FierceMobileIT:

- Industry Leadership
- Operator Leadership
- Subscriber Technology Innovation
- Network Technology Innovation
- Innovation in Consumer Entertainment Services
- Innovation in Consumer Entertainment Services Development
- Innovation in Wireless Enterprise
- Innovation in Wireless Enterprise Solutions Development

Awards will be presented at a cocktail party held during the 2008 3G CDMA North America Regional Conference, on the evening of Wednesday, November 19.
