Streamezzo to Develop and Deliver Mobile Music and Video Services for M1 in Singapore

MobileOne Ltd (M1), a leading provider of wireless communications services in Singapore, has selected Streamezzo's technology platform and professional services team to develop, deploy and run MiWorld Go, M1's new mobile music and video service. With more than one million mobile subscribers, M1 is one of Asia's leading mobile communications providers, offering a full range of mobile voice and data communications services over its 2G/3G/3.5G network. MiWorld Go is a free application that lets subscribers preview the latest music and video content before deciding on their purchase. The service is updated constantly to deliver the hottest tunes to music lovers with intuitive browsing and instant access to hundreds of available artists.

Streamezzo's software drives M1's new offering, consisting of a downloadable thin client for rendering multimedia content on the handset, along with Streamezzo Rich Media Server, a high-performance J2EE platform for mobile service deployment and management. MiWorld Go is available on more than 20 handsets including Symbian and Java phones.

Streamezzo's Rich Media Software Suite is a complete set of tools for developing and deploying world-class rich media services for any mobile device. The Suite includes:
- Rich Media Client: a thin client application for service rendering multimedia content on handsets
- Rich Media Server: publishes and delivers a full range of rich media services, such as interactive Mobile TV, widgets, portals, and dedicated real-time multimedia services
- Workbench: powerful authoring software for designing and creating interactive rich media mobile services
- Rich Media for Broadcast: core Streamezzo technology enabling telecom operators, MVNOs, broadcasters, and manufacturers to deliver mobile TV over broadcast networks to mobile devices
- Service Manager: a full-featured back-end solution that enables mobile administrators and marketers to manage and customize any Rich Media mobile service quickly and easily.
