Redline and Tech Mahindra Announce Global Partnership Agreement for Mobile WiMAX Deployments

Redline Communications Group Inc. and Tech Mahindra have signed a global partnership agreement to deliver Mobile WiMAX solutions. The companies will begin their first joint Mobile WiMAX deployments for selected carriers in the Asia-Pacific region in 2008.

Under the agreement, Tech Mahindra is the preferred systems integrator for the deployment of Redline's RedMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX solutions. Tech Mahindra has also chosen Redline as its preferred WiMAX technology provider. In addition to the planned WiMAX deployments for carriers in Asia, the companies will jointly pursue Mobile WiMAX deployments in other key global markets.

Tech Mahindra is currently working with several carriers throughout the Asia Pacific region to assist them in evaluating and deploying Redline's RedMAX 4C Mobile WiMAX offerings. On each joint WiMAX project, Tech Mahindra will deliver complete systems integration including the incorporation of OSS and back office systems and software.
