Vishay Intertechnology Inc. has signed a distribution agreement with Yosun, a major Asian distributor of electronic components. Under the terms of the agreement, Yosun will carry the complete line card of Vishay semiconductor and passive components, with the exception of foil resistors.

"This is a significant agreement for both Vishay and Yosun, and will enhance the availability of Vishay products in the Asia Pacific region," notes Johnson Koo, Vishay's Vice President of Sales, Asia.

"Yosun is a valuable distribution partner, and Vishay looks forward to building and strengthening its relationship with Yosun in the years to come," says Dave Valletta, Vishay's Executive Vice President of Sales Worldwide.

"Through our cooperation with Vishay, Yosun will enhance its one-stop shop service to customers," says K.D. Tseng, Yosun's Chairman.
