Spreadtrum Communications Announces 2Q2008 Earnings Conference Call

Spreadtrum Communications Inc., a fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops, and markets baseband processor solutions for the wireless communications market, will be releasing its 2008 second quarter results after the market closes on August 13, 2008. The company will host a conference call on August 14, 2008 at 8 am, US Eastern Time, to discuss its results.

Speakers will include Ping Wu, President and CEO, and Richard Wei, CFO.
