Vishay Receives Two Awards from Arrow Electronics

Vishay Intertechnology Inc. has received two prestigious awards from Arrow Electronics Inc.—the Partnership Award and the All-Star Award—at this year's Electronic Distribution Show (EDS), held May 6-8 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Vishay received the Partnership Award for going above and beyond what was needed to differentiate Arrow in the marketplace. Arrow also presented the All-Star Award to Vishay at EDS 2008. John Blackerby, Vishay Distribution Strategic Account Manager, received the All-star Award for being the best corporate account representative servicing Arrow. Blackerby was described by Arrow as having the solid fundamentals needed to do the job the proper way and ensure that Arrow is well positioned within Vishay.
