The WLAN-Ethernet Combo Module from WhizNets features Wi-Fi functionality powered by CSR's UniFi silicon. The module provides OEMs with a quick and simple way to integrate a wide range of wired and wireless connectivity options in industrial control and monitoring devices, allowing for more time to concentrate on developing the core functions of a product.

The Whiz-WLAN-ETH Combo Module offers wired connectivity options including USB, SPI, UART, and CAN interfaces. The module is unusual in also offering a complete WLAN solution alongside; with a high performance 802.11b/g Wi-Fi silicon provided by CSR, plus an IP network processor and a media access controller.
