Voltage Controlled Oscillators Operate within 787MHz to 805MHz

(Product News, 14 May 2008)

Suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations, Crystek's CVCO55CC-0787-0805 voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs) operate from 787MHz to 805MHz with a control voltage range of 0.3V to 4.7V. The devices feature a typical phase noise of -122dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and have excellent linearity.

Available in 0.5x0.5in SMD package, the CVCO55CC-0787-0805 devices have an input voltage rating of 5V, with a current consumption of 35mA (max.). Second harmonic suppression is -15dBc (typical), and pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.05MHz and 0.05MHz/V, respectively.
