Crystek's Latest VCO Operates between 1.26GHz to 1.4GHz

Crystek has launched its latest voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO), the CVCO55CC-1260-1400, which operates from 1.26GHz to 1.4GHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 12V. The device features a typical phase noise of -115dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and has excellent linearity.

Available in a 0.5x0.5in SMD package, the CVCO55CC-1260-1400 consumes only 35mA. Input voltage is 8V, pulling and pushing are minimized to 200kHz and 200kHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20dBc typical.

The CVCO55CC-1260-1400 is suitable for use in digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations applications.
