Crystek's Latest VCOs Operate within 902MHz to 928MHz

(Product News, 27 Feb 2008)

Crystek has launched its CVCO55CL-0902-0928 VCO the operates from 902MHz to 928MHz and has a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V. Available in a 0.5x0.5in SMD package, the CVCO55CL-0902-0928 has a typical phase noise of -115dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset.

Rated input voltage is 5V, current consumption is 20mA (max.), and pulling and pushing are respectively minimized to 2MHz and 0.8MHz/V. With typical second harmonic suppression of -15dBc, the VCO is suited for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
