AIRCOM International and Teradata Form Strategic Partnership

(Business News & Technology News, 14 Feb 2008)

AIRCOM International and Teradata Corp. has formed a strategic partnership to deliver comprehensive network monitoring, integrated with an enterprise data warehouse solution from Teradata for global telecommunications operators.

2.5G and 3G telecommunication networks generate complex and extremely large volumes of data. The next generation of telecomunication networks—4G—will significantly increase data management complexity. As a result, telecom operators will require an even greater level of scalablability and reliability in their enterprise data warehouse platform to assure high quality and seamless service to their customers. The need for business intelligence will continue to grow, and enabling AIRCOM's ENTERPRISE suite to run with Teradata technology will significantly benefit customers who wish to make best use of the vast quantities of data available to them.
