Digi-Key and Roving Networks Announce Global Distribution Deal

Digi-Key Corp. and Roving Networks Inc. have entered into a global agreement for the distribution of Roving Networks' wireless networking products.

Roving Networks provides intelligent wireless solutions utilizing Bluetooth and 802.11 Wi-Fi technologies. The company designs, manufactures and markets embedded modules, serial adapters, network access devices, and sensors, allowing access from Bluetooth enabled PCs, PDAs, cell phones, networks, and machine-to-machine communications. Roving Networks products reduce wireless product development cycle times. Applications include wireless solutions for vertical markets, such as data entry, industrial automation, medical/hospital, point of sale, inventory, home control, M2M, and others.
