Skyworks Ramps Highly Integrated Base Station Solutions at Huawei

Huawei is leveraging multiple devices from Skyworks Solutions Inc.'s portfolio including downconverters, front-end modules, power amplifiers, attenuators and switches, for both GSM and WCDMA base station platforms.

"We are delighted to be partnering with Huawei as they expand their domestic footprint in China to the broader global infrastructure market," said Liam K. Griffin, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Skyworks. "Based on their business momentum, Huawei is becoming one of our largest infrastructure accounts as they leverage our highly integrated base station solutions."

Skyworks' infrastructure portfolio supports OEMs at any stage, from those implementing system upgrades to those developing next-generation designs. The company's range of products includes high-performance receiver front-ends, downconverters, linear power amplifiers and drivers, in addition to all the necessary RF microwave discrete and passive components.
