Rohde & Schwarz Launches Extremely Fast Production Tester for Wireless Devices up to 6GHz

Rohde & Schwarz's R&S CMW500 non-signaling tester delivers high speed, accuracy, and high scalability when used in the production of wireless devices. Featuring a frequency range up to 6GHz and an IF bandwidth of 40MHz/70MHz (analyzer/generator), the production tester has been designed to anticipate future technological developments, ensuring minimum test costs and high safety of investment.

The R&S CMW500 one-box tester includes a powerful RF analyzer and generator. This combination, plus a new test concept, ensures maximum test performance, minimum space requirements, and comparatively low power consumption.

The R&S CMW500 presently supports GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, mobile WiMAX, CDMA2000, and TD-SCDMA as options.
