Tyco Announces M/A-COM Multipurpose Amplifier

Tyco Electronics has introduced the M/A-COM MAAM-007095-A3GVSA low noise amplifier, a two-stage variable gain amplifier that is ideal for military and space radar, tactical communications systems and commercial point-to-point radio applications.

Featuring variable gain control and 25dB to 38dB gain, the M/A-COM MAAM-007095-A3GVSA 2-stage variable gain amplifier suits military, space radar, tactical communications systems, and commercial point-to-point radio applications. The device has a typical noise figure of 2dB with 1dB compression point of 17dB. The amplifier utilizes 12V to 15V power supply, and can be mounted in either connectorized or drop-in configuration.
