Training Session Tackled Challenges of RF PCB Design

Modern wireless product design is a highly complex engineering task incorporating circuits with conflicting requirements, therefore the design and layout of the PCB is critical to success.

Nearly 40 representatives from both Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP) member companies and outside organizations broadened their design skill base at a training session covering RF PCB design and measurement last July in the Science Park. Conducted by experienced RF design experts Dr. C.M. Yuen and Henry Lau, the course provided an opportunity for participants to acquire technical insights on meeting the challenges presented by RF PCB design layout and RF measurement.
