RF Power Amplifier Module from AR Modular RF Covers Military Communications Band

AR Modular RF has introduced a new RF power amplifier module that covers the VHF/UHF military communications band, from 30MHz to 512MHz with a power output of 100W P1dB CW.

The KMW2025/M11 is ideal for OEM or embedded communications applications that require high reliability from a proven design, good intermodulation distortion, and the ability to be gated on or off via a remote control line. The module operates efficiently from 28VDC with an average current of only 8A. It is housed in a machined aluminum enclosure, and can be purchased with or without a heatsink.
