High Linearity Amplifiers

( 1 Sep 2007 )

Sirenza's SZM series of high linearity amplifiers provides the high power and high linearity necessary for WiMAX CPE solutions. Higher output power means higher data throughput and longer range. In addition, the company delivers one of the highest power levels available today for WiMAX CPE solutions with up to +27dBm of linear power at 2.5 percent EVM. The SZM series cover the 2.3GHz to 2.7GHz and 3.3GHz to 3.8GHz bands in a pin for pin compatible footprint to simplify board layout.
