Telenity and CommVerge Sign Value Added Reseller Agreement for Asia Pacific Region

Telenity, a provider of next generation converged services platforms and applications for communications networks, has announced a value added reseller partnership agreement for Asia Pacific region with CommVerge Solutions, an Asia-based telecommunications systems and solutions integrator.

The long term agreement follows a successful joint sale of Telenity's Canvas Converged Services Solutions including Short Message Service Center (SMSC), Multimedia Messaging Service Center (MMSC), content management and value added services to a Greenfield CDMA operator in Thailand. The sealed partnership combines converged services solutions from Telenity and the vast local knowledge and system integration expertise from CommVerge to offer innovative next generation solutions, excellence and value to mobile operators across the region.

"Our partnership will provide service providers in the region with access to Telenity's proven Canvas Converged Solutions supported by the vast integration expertise and technical team from CommVerge."

Under the terms of the agreement, Telenity and CommVerge will focus on jointly serving mobile operators with innovative converged services solutions that enrich subscribers' personal and business communications. These solutions will include:

- Canvas CSP, Converged Services Platform for service creation, execution and delivery
- Canvas LES, Location Enabling Server and location-based services
- Canvas Integrated Messaging Solutions including SMSC, MMSC, Fixed-line SMSC, Unified Messaging Server (UMS), USSD gateway, SMS Router, Voice SMS
- Canvas Value Added Services including voice, data and video services

Telenity will be showcasing its converged services solutions including video and location based services at the VAS India 2007, 3rd International Conference and Exhibition on July 6, 2007 in New Delhi, India.
