8-bit MCU

( 1 Jul 2007 )

Silicon Laboratories Inc. announces a highly integrated 8-bit MCU combining a 25 MIPS CPU, 10-bit 500kS/s ADC and an internal ¡À2 percent oscillator in a 3x3mm package. The C8051T60x product family adds to the company's portfolio of over 60 high-performance small form factor MCUs. The C8051T60x is suitable for consumer and industrial applications including toys, camera modules, cell phone accessories, portable devices, home appliances and motor controllers.

With high functional density in the 8-bit MCU market, the C8051T60x enables designers to easily work within space constraints. By using a highly integrated solution, manufacturers are able to decrease the number of external components and board space and ease design while reducing the total system cost.
