RoHS-compliant power amplifiers from M/A-COM

(Product News, 23 Mar 2007)

M/A-COM has released a low cost RoHS-compliant 2.4GHz linear power amplifier for 802.11b/g MIMO (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) WLAN applications that require high gain, high efficiency and small size.

The MAAP-008015 amplifier provides 20dBm of linear output power with EVM.
