DC/DC Converter

( 1 Oct 2006 )

austriamicrosystems introduces the AS1325, a high efficiency step-up DC/DC converter with a fully integrated synchronous rectifier. With an efficiency of 96%, the AS1325 is suited for battery-powered portable applications which need 3.3 or 5.0V supply voltage. The AS1325 provides a supply voltage of 1.5 to 3.5V (for 3.3V output voltage) or 1.5 to 5.0V (for 5.0 V output voltage). Supplied with less than 2V, the AS1325 is capable of delivering a 300mA output current at 5.0V output voltage or 185mA at 3.3V output voltage. austriamicrosystems
