The SX1223 is a single-chip, ultra-high frequency transmitter for wireless security and automation applications. It is optimized for design reuse with programmable channel, bit rate, frequency deviation, and output power – making it well suited for both cost-reducing legacy products and next-generation designs. The device operates on the 434, 869 or 915MHz license-free ISM (industry, scientific and medical) frequency bands. It supports data rates of between 1.2 and 153.6kbps. At the lowest data rate, the device is well suited for home appliance control applications such as garage door openers or home environmental remote controls. Semtech Corporation
