Hitachi And Stealth Join For Wireless Voip Peering Deployments

(Top News, 20 Sep 2006)

Hitachi Cable and Stealth Communications have formed a partnership to expand voice peering to wireless WiFi market. They will display a range of solutions for routing wireless WiFi VoIP calls, based on Hitachi's SIP WirelessIP handsets and Stealth's Voice Peering Fabric, at the Fall 2006 VON in Boston.

Voice peering enables enterprises and service providers to exchange telephone, video and other multimedia services without transversing the public telephone network.

The live demonstrations will also feature a range of products that will work in conjunction with Hitachi's Wireless IP handsets and Stealth's Voice Peering Fabric.
