Anadigics has a linear PA for wireless broadband (WiBro) applications. The AWT6235 operates in the 2300 to 2390MHz frequency band and meets the OFDM linearity requirements of the WiBro high-speed data system. This PA offers an ACLR of -40dBc and output power of 25.5dBm to provide good signal quality. The high performance AWT6235 is offered in a 4 4 1mm-surface mount package. Anadigics, Inc.
