Fox Offers Low Power Consumption Oscillator

Fox Electronics has introduced a 3.3V, HCMOS ceramic surface mount oscillator that features a small form factor and low power consumption. The HCMOS Model F230 requires 7 mA at 12 MHz and 5 µA during standby operation. It offers frequency range of 0.84-75 MHz, frequency stability of ±100 ppm, and operating temperature range of 68-158°F. RoHS-compliant unit is suited for portable and space-constrained devices such as laptops, PDAs, cell phones, DVD players, and MP3 players as well as PCMCIA cards, Bluetooth, and portable test equipment.
