Vishays Offers EMI Filter Arrays with Integrated ESD Protection Diodes

Vishay Intertechnology has announced the release of six EMI filter arrays with integrated ESD protection diodes. VEMI filter arrays provide EMI filtering and ESD protection for data lines in space-critical mobile applications. Units are available in LLP75-6A, LLP75-7A, LLP70-9A, and FlipChip (BGA) packages and in 2-, 3-, 4-, and 6-channel configurations, respectively. Devices combine -30 dB filter attenuation from 900 MHz to 2.3 GHz and 30 kV ESD protection. Arrays provide I/O protection in mobile and smart phones, laptop computers, PDAs, MP3 players, and modems. Samples and production quantities of the new EMI filter arrays with integrated ESD protection diodes are available now with lead times of 12 weeks. Pricing for U.S. delivery in 100,000-piece quantities ranges from $0.15 to $0.25 per piece or $15 to $25 per 100 pieces.
