Temex Announces Miniature Integrated Solution--CDMA450 Duplexer

Temex has announced an integrated duplexer for CDMA450 Systems in a 5x5 mm package. Already n°1 supplier of CDMA450 Saw Filters, Temex is launching a duplexer, the key RF component for CDMA Handsets. The development of new SAW chips and the use of integrated passive devices is a new step in the miniaturization, particularly challenging at low Radio Frequency. Temex has now integrated a complete duplexer in a hermetically sealed package just slightly larger than a single SAW filter. This CDMA450 duplexer is designed to allow handsets to meet the 3GPP2 specifications, particularly the Single Tone Desensitisation Test. A Plug & Play Model or samples of this new duplexer - TMX DU W307 – are available for system validation.
