Quad-Band CMOS Transceiver

Quorum Systems, Inc. introduces the QS1000, a single-chip CMOS quad-band radio frequency (RF) transceiver offering GSM/GPRS and EDGE capability. Featuring an ultra-low-power (ULP) down-converter, the QS1000 delivers receive current of 53 mA at –110 dBm sensitivity. The device is available in a 6 x 6 mm 40L QFN package.
