Fully-Differential Amplifiers

( 1 Apr 2006 )

TI announces three additions to its family of low noise, low distortion fully-differential amplifiers that drive high-speed ADCs. Providing more flexibility to meet the needs of high-speed data acquisitions systems, the family allows designers to choose between high gain and unity gain stable, and between negative and mid-supply input common-mode voltages. The THS4511 and THS4513 unity gain stable versions, and the THS4508 amplifier feature fully differential architecture and 5V single supply operation. Depending on the device, bandwidths for the devices range from 1600 to 2000 MHz with slew rates from 4900 to 6400 V/μs. Texas Instruments Inc.
