Technology Distribution, a division of Empower RF Systems, Inc., launches a complete product line of Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs). This offering consists of the following product lines: wideband ultra low noise amplifiers with a frequency range from 3.1 to 11 GHz, noise figure of 1 to 1.5 dB; wideband, low and medium power LNAs with a frequency range from 0.5 to 18 GHz, and noise figure of 4 to 4.5 dB; wideband high power LNAs with a frequency range from 2 to 18 GHz, and Pout of 30 dBm; and wideband high gain LNAs with a frequency range from 2 to 18 GHz, Pout of 17 dBm and gain of 70 dB.
