PCTEL Launches SeeGull CDMA/EV-DO 450 Scanner

PCTEL has released its SeeGull CDMA/EV-DO 450 Scanner solution for the 450MHz frequency band. The scanner solution is intended to address the drive testing and RF measurements needs of wireless carriers who are deploying CDMA/EV-DO network solutions in the old NMT450 frequency bands. The SeeGull product line includes scanner solutions for all of the major wireless technologies as well as indoor solutions and a WCDMA transmitter to apply indoor coverage planning. PCTEL claims the accuracy and reliability of the SeeGull makes the data ideal to use as inputs in propagation management, frequency and cell planning applications.
