Weighing only 65 grams the newly released Optex FA CD33 series displacement laser sensor features sub-pixel processing for micron-accurate detection of all materials from white ceramic to black rubber. The CD33 is ideal for mounting on robot heads and linear slides/cylinders where light weight and compact sensors are required. The self-contained and ultra-compact sensor provides a variety of control outputs that include both digital and analog. Serial communication is also available for simple direct connection to PC and PLC's.
