RFID Document Management System Available from DAILY RFID

(Product News, 18 Aug 2009)

DAILY RFID has launched a RFID document management system for documents inventory management. This RFID document management system includes the needed passive RFID devices to analyze documents automatically tracked throughout the file control process.
The RFID document management system, basing on HF, integrates RFID smart labels and handheld RFID reader to allow automated identification of circulating files, thus not only saving the time, but enhancing security as well.
With the HF RFID label adhesive on each document, information such as its location, the basic information can be tracked in real time. RFID labels are in sticker form and can be pasted onto any document easily. The RFID label provides more than 10 year lifespan and can be rewritten more than 100,000 times. It supports protocols ISO 15693, with a low price at about 0.32 USD.
DAILY's HF Handheld reader DL8033 is ideal for this RFID document management system. With high accuracy, the reader can locate documents easily even if the document is misplaced. The RFID reader uses anti-collision algorithm to enable automatic management of documents in a large number documents even if in pile.
Integrated RFID lables and handheld reader DL8033, this RFID document management system can be deployed and tracked automatically as the tagging documents checks in or out.
