PROLiNK Launches Affordable 3.5G series HSPA / EVDO router and HSDPA modem

PROLiNK launches the new PWH2001 HSPA router and PHS100 HSDPA modem, and provides high speed communication products at an affordable price.

A wireless 3.5G HSPA router, PROLiNK PWH2001 provides 3-in-1 mobile hotspot design. Ideal for Internet sharing, it integrates NAT router, 802.11b/g Access Point, and HSPA/EVDO broadband access functionality in one device. The built-in NAT function shares one IP and other resources within wired LAN and 802.11b/gWLAN.

Works both for ADSL and cable, PROLiNK PWH2001 has auto-3G-dial-up backup connection ensures uninterruptible internet connection.

PROLiNK PWH2001 can be managed easily by web UI, SNMP and UPnP. SPI firewall is embedded in the product to ensure security. Packet filtering, access control Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA/WPA2) and wireless MAC address filtering are also installed in the device.

A 3.5G USB HSDPA modem, PROLiNK PHS100 is a WCDMA and GSM wide area portable modem that supports different frequencies - WCDMA, HSDPA, EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks. It provides users with mobility and ease of use to transfer large files, download graphic heavy information, send/receive SMS messages and receive large amounts of data quickly.

PROLiNK PHS100 transmits HSPDA and UMTS at about 2100 MHz (850/900MHz Optional), and GSM, GPRS and EDGE at 900, 1800 and 1900MHz respectively.

With PROLiNK PHS100, users can stay connected with high-capacity phone book and SMS box. WCDMA, UMTS and EDGE networks at the speed of 384 kbps, supporting speeds up to 3.6Mbps down-link under HSDPA.

Unlike other HSDPAs, PROLiNK PHS100 is not pegged to any telecommunications provider. It is SIM and USIM compatible. Best of all, it comes with a Micro SD card slot that that supports up to 8GB SDHC.
